WE ARE UPDATING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD DIRECTORY – Lots of new neighbors and changes…so it’s time for a new directory.
October, 2026: To all residents of Robledal Estates and Oak Haven: If you would like to be included or update your information in the neighborhood directory, please see the downloadable PDF document at the very bottom of this page. You can print it out and fill out. This form will also be delivered to every mailbox, so you should be receiving a paper copy as well. If we somehow missed your mailbox, please contact us, and we will be sure to provide one to you.
Please fill out the entire form, it has different fields than previous directory forms. You may submit information in three ways:
1. Email your information to wclausen@gmail.com (hint fill out the form from the news letter, take a pic then send it.
2. Place your filled out information sheet in the RELA box on the mail box post at 6462 Avenida de Galvez
3. Mail your filled out information sheet to: RELA, 6462 Avenida de Galvez, Navarre, FL 32566 Thank you, Robledal & Oak Haven Landowners Association (RELA) Inc.

October 31 – Robledal & Oak Haven Halloween—Trick or Treat Happenings! All residents of the neighborhood are invited AND encouraged to participate. Please stay tuned for more details!
NOVEMBER
TBD Robledal & Oak Haven Fall Fest — All residents of the neighborhood are invited to our annual potluck party. Please stay tuned for more details!
To All Homeowners in Robledal Estates & Oak Haven,
Our homeowners association is voluntary and we rely on voluntary dues of $15 a year. Only 51 folks have donated out of over 350 homes. We use these funds to pay for the lights, irrigation and street lights at the entrances, and for mowing and upkeep for both entrances and around the lake. You can pay by PayPal or drop your donation/check off at 6462 Avenida De Galvez. It is much appreciated and needed.

Robledal Estates & Oak Haven Landowners’ Association (R.E.L.A.)
Welcome to the Robledal Estates & Oak Haven Communities’ website.
Our Mission: To fairly represent and communicate the needs of the members of the association of landowners of Robledal and Oak Haven subdivisions, by working with officers, past and present, and with homeowners, who have the common goal of abiding covenants and properly addressing issues which affect homeowners and member of the association, for the overall betterment and strengthening of community bond.
Our homeowners association—R.E.L.A. is incorporated under all Florida and Federal laws. Dues and assessments were not attached to the land by the developer, so participation is voluntary. However, much appreciated since without your financial support, nothing gets done and the community suffers from neglect and apathy…and can lead to a decline in our property values.

The Robledal Estates & Oak Haven Directory and Newsletters are free to new families and our R.E.L.A. members. We welcome and appreciate all contributions to help fund our operating costs.

R.E.L.A. Group Email List
Stay updated with neighborhood happenings! Our Robledal Estates & Oak Haven community have a neighborhood group email list to help notify residents of event announcements, yard sales, free plants, lost pets, interesting wild life sightings, and other important matters. It is free to everyone, including non-R.E.L.A. members, renters and absentee owners.
To get on the notifications list and/or submit your own event to be shared with your neighbors, simply send an email to robledal_rela_list@googlegroups.com or use the contact-us form. Please include your name and email address.
Boat Launch & Beach Access—Crab, Inc.
The CRAB, Inc. boat ramp and the surrounding area is private property belonging to the members of the organization. It is not a public boat ramp. A one-time membership fee is required to gain access to the beach, picnic grounds, and boat ramp.
Learn more about the CRAB and membership requirements. (The CRAB membership is separate from the R.E.L.A. membership.)
Our History
The first written record we have of Robledal comes from Captain Jordan de Reina who visited the area in 1686. De Reina noted the heavy stands of oak and named the area Robledal (Spanish for oak grove). Learn more…
Become A Member – R.E.L.A.
Your membership gives you a vote, or say, in what R.E.L.A. does. You can influence how your neighborhood is cared for and protected. It is far easier to maintain high standards than to try to recover from a prolonged period of neighborhood decline and eventual blight. Learn more about how your donations help make a difference to our community.
You can become a member by contributing your donation one of three ways:
