A water community, Robledal Estates & Oak Haven Subdivisions are located off the Gulf Coast in Santa Rosa County, in the city of Navarre, in the North West corner of Florida, also known as the Panhandle and the Emerald Coast. There are about 321 homes in our neighborhood and beach/boat ramp access is offered through a membership with CRAB, Inc. (a separate entity) for residents only. Learn more about CRAB, Inc.
Our homeowners association—R.E.L.A. (Robledal Estates & Oak Haven Land Association) is incorporated under all Florida and Federal laws. Dues and assessments were not attached to the land by the developer, so participation is voluntary. However, much appreciated since without your financial support, nothing gets done and the community suffers from neglect and apathy…and can lead to a decline in our property values.
Our Mission
To fairly represent and communicate the needs of the members of the association of landowners of Robledal Estates and Oak Haven subdivisions, by working with officers, past and present, and with homeowners, who have the common goal of abiding covenants and properly addressing issues which affect homeowners and member of the association, for the overall betterment and strengthening of community bond.

Our History
The first written record we have of Robledal comes from Captain Jordan de Reina who visited the area in 1686. De Reina noted the heavy stands of oak and named the area Robledal (Spanish for oak grove). On that first visit de Reina’s crew surprised a group of Indians living along the shoreline. The Indians immediately ran off but de Reina left an offering of metal tools and a cross before exploring farther up the bay. Upon his return he discovered the Indians had reciprocated with an offering of buffalo robes and another crudely made cross of wood. Learn more about our history…
