Membership is limited to home owners of Robledal Estates, Oak Haven and Tim King. (Home owners cannot transfer their membership to renters.)  

Members are invited to Friday evening gatherings for food (of some sort) horseshoes and general fun evening with friends.  

During the year, some picnics are thrown for all members (and guests.) All events including work weekends where we split wood, stain the fence and/or storage shed, are announced by email.

The boat launch is available for member’s use.

Members receive their own key to access the area. Key must be returned upon moving out of the neighborhood and can not be duplicated. Membership is obsolete once the home owner sell their property.

Organization by-laws, forms to join, etc are presented and signed upon joining. All members are welcome to come to the quarterly board meetings.   Only board members can vote but non board members are welcome and can ask questions or make comments.

The one-time join up membership fee is $417.

These positions can change by a member of the Executive Board stepping down or during the yearly election, someone else being elected to that position. Voting is by board members. There are presently approximately 17 members.
